INFORMATION COLLECTED

PixelLED collects information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter the following: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. We may also collect business information from sole proprietorships some of which might constitute personal information, as well as personal information from individuals acting solely in their business capacity.

PixelLED does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

YOU’RE PROTECTED

PixelLED encrypts billing information wherever requested online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle complaints or requests. All PixelLED agents and contractors with access to personal information are also bound to adhere to this policy as part of their contract with Eco LED Mart.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT ALLOWED

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

We will release your information when release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation, or is requested by an agency for governmental investigative purposes or governmental proceedings, where our records indicate a company may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of, or to appropriate persons, where your communication suggests possible harm to others.

In addition, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. LIABILITY

PixelLED is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any installation costs. We will cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty period, but no other costs will be covered. PixelLED recommends using a licensed electrician for all installations to ensure the product has been correctly installed. In no event is PixelLED liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind or any other damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, good will, data, information, income, anticipated savings or loss of business relationships.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PixelLED and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
